Craig Stone is senior counsel, intellectual property at Phillips 66 Company. He counsels a wide range of business units across the company, including corporate communications, information technology, human resources, procurement, lubricants, technology and global marketing. Mr Stone has practised in the IP field for more than 15 years. His practice focuses on all aspects of brand protection and other IP-related areas, including licensing, enforcement, social media, software development, data privacy, cybersecurity and patent litigation.

The Houston Business Journal named Mr Stone the ‘Up and Comer’ of the Year in 2015 for its Best Corporate Counsel Awards. In 2014 he was a ‘40 Under 40’ award recipient and was recognised as a top professional in the Houston business community. Managing Intellectual Property has named Mr Stone a Corporate IP Star (2015-2017).
