Two decades in the IP rights business have given Trine Greaker Herzog broad and deep experience in general and strategic trademark counselling, developing and implementing trademark protection strategies, clearance, filing and prosecution, as well as trademark litigation, oppositions and other legal and administrative procedures, negotiations and agreement drafting, in Norway and abroad. Ms Greaker Herzog also has strong experience in marketing law and unfair competition, and regularly represents clients in connection with dispute resolution.
Ms Greaker Herzog is widely experienced in anti-counterfeiting and customs matters and is a board member of the Norwegian Anti-Counterfeiting Group.

Ms Greaker Herzog obtained her law degree from Oslo University, with an IP rights specialisation from Copenhagen University. She joined Bryn Aarflot in 2003 and was admitted to Bar in 2002. She became a partner of the firm in 2010. Before this, she had worked for an Oslo-based law firm, focusing mainly on IP rights.
