He is a sound collaborator who makes sure he has a full understanding of his clients’ business models and their priorities – something that helps a lot. While some lawyers only look at things from one point of view, he considers them from every angle and then comes up with the best solution possible.”
  • Managing IP, IP Stars, Trade Mark & Copyright (2018) Kutschke is praised by clients. One client describes him as a “fantastic litigator and rising star” while another says he is “superior in design and trade dress matters”.
