He has represented a range of clients, including a leading manufacturer of motorised wheelchairs and one of the world’s leading television programmers. Mr Arnold’s patent practice involves diverse areas of technology, ranging from complicated materials handling systems and mail sorting systems to the anatomy of a horse’s foot. Similarly, his trademark practice has involved diverse areas of business, ranging from a large New Jersey casino to the leading gestational surrogacy services company.
Mr Arnold’s trademark practice has included several cases relating to grey market goods, along with cases relating to widely popular figurines, novelty motion lamps and product designs for awnings for recreational vehicles and for popular children’s toys.
Mr Arnold shares his firm’s philosophy that it is important for trademark lawyers to also be patent lawyers, since the two areas of the law intersect.
