Associate at VO Patents & Trademarks
Noëlle Wolfs started as a trademark attorney at VO Patents & Trademarks in 1993. Before that, she studied Dutch law at Utrecht University, where she specialised in IP law.
Ms Wolfs manages trademark portfolios for medium and large-sized national and international companies. She has longstanding experience in actively representing clients before the Benelux Office of Intellectual Property and the EU Intellectual Property Office.
Ms Wolfs’s approach is proactive; she combines her legal knowledge with the practical interests of clients to obtain optimal protection of their IP rights. In addition to portfolio management, she represents clients in conflict and opposition cases. Her experience extends to drafting coexistence agreements and declarations, keeping in mind the legal position and interests of the client.
Ms Wolfs has stated that “what particularly inspires [her] in this field is to combine [her] skills with the clients’ needs and to see… clients’ companies benefit from their intellectual property strategy”.
