Jarosław Konecko is a senior associate at Domański Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP) with many years of IP law experience. He specialises in issues relating to various aspects of IP law and unfair competition. Mr Konecko advises Polish and foreign companies in disputes associated with IP rights protection, particularly on issues regarding copyrights, patents, trademarks, internet domain disputes and personal data processing.
Mr Konecko graduated from the Nicolaus Copernicus University Faculty of Law and Administration in Torun. He also studied economics and law at the University of Toronto and is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
Mr Konecko speaks Polish and English and is a co-author of the DZP IP Law Blog (available at http://blog.dzp.pl/ip/).
