Eleni Papacharalambous earned her law degree at the University of Exeter before going on to complete the Bar Vocational Course at Gray’s Inn. She then successfully completed the Cyprus Bar examinations and is a member of the Nicosia Bar Association. She has been a practising lawyer in Cyprus since 2004.
Ms Papacharalambous is a partner at Koushos Korfiotis Papacharalambous LLC and leads its IP department. She deals with all aspects of IP law and is a litigation lawyer focusing on IP matters.
Among the clients she advises are international companies in the pharmaceutical industry and famous brand owners. Ms Papacharalambous’s aim is always to offer high-standard services tailored to each client’s individual needs, providing the full service from the acquisition, exploitation and protection of IP rights to their commercial use and the handling of infringement, cancellation and any IP dispute issues.
For many consecutive years the Legal 500 has listed Ms Papacharalambous as a leading individual in IP law.
