After graduating from the University of Milan in 2004, Davide Bresner obtained an LLM degree in intellectual property at the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law two years later.
After two years in New York City, Mr Bresner returned to Italy, where he was admitted to practise law at the Italian Bar Association in 2008. He worked for more than 10 years in international law firms specialising in IP law before opening up his own firm.
Mr Bresner advises clients on all aspects of IP law, with a particular focus on trademark, design and patent litigation, as well as on anti-counterfeiting strategies.
Mr Bresner advises prestigious clients across different industries (fashion, design, manufacturing, Internet) on several issues, including precautionary measures (eg descriptions, seizures and injunctions) and proceedings on the merits related to trademarks, patents, designs and unfair competition, before the Italian courts.
