Bernard Volken is a partner at FMP Fuhrer Marbach Partners, a Swiss IP boutique. For the past 26 years he has specialised in providing a full range of IP strategies (prosecution, litigation, customs seizures, contracts, licensing). Before joining FMP, he had worked for several years at the Swiss Trademark Office as head of Trademark Oppositions.
Mr Volken regularly speaks at IP seminars and frequently publishes IP articles. He acts as an expert speaker on the protection of industrial designs and trademarks for WIPO and teaches intellectual property at Tongji University Shanghai.
Mr Voken is bilingual in German/French. His working languages are English, German and French.
