Ukraine adopts by-laws implementing Customs Code amendments

In order to implement the recent amendments to the Customs Code related to customs enforcement of IP rights, the Ministry of Finance adopted two orders which entered into force on 30 June 2020. This update reviews the key points that IP rights owners should be aware of.
