New Trademark Law - further update

New trademark law - an update

The implementing regulation needed to give effect to the 2006 Trademark Registration and Protection Proclamation in Ethiopia was published at the end of last year, bringing into force a new trademark regime for the registration and enforcement of trademark rights.
