New Trademark Law - further update

In December last year Ethiopia introduced the Trademark Registration and Protection Council of Ministers Regulation 273/2012 to implement the Ethiopian Trademark Registration and Protection Proclamation 515/2006. The Ethiopian Intellectual Property Office has now issued directives to clarify a number of transitional issues of critical importance.

New trademark law - an update
