With nearly two decades in the IP rights business, Trine Greaker Herzog has unique and extensive experience in general and strategic trademark counselling, developing and implementing trademark protection strategies, clearance, filing and prosecution, as well as trademark litigation, oppositions and other legal and administrative procedures, negotiations and agreement drafting, in Norway and abroad. In addition, Ms Greaker Herzog also has deep and wide experience in marketing law and unfair competition, and anti-counterfeiting and customs matters. She is a board member of the Norwegian Anti Counterfeit Group.

Her clients span individuals and entrepreneurs, international market leaders and corporations within all sectors of consumer goods and commodities, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, automotive, gaming, entertainment and information technology.

Ms Greaker Herzog obtained her law degree from Oslo University, with an IP rights specialisation from Copenhagen University. She joined Bryn Aarflot in 2003 and was admitted to the Bar in 2002. She became a partner of the firm in 2010. Before this, she had worked for an Oslo-based law firm, mainly focusing on IP rights.
