Founded in 1998, IntellecPro has been growing its domestic client base while advising global companies on trademark rights protection in China. Through a 44-strong trademark team stationed across China and in Tokyo, the IP boutique provides “professional, positive and informative services”. In addition, it has just finalised a strategic alliance with the Beijing branch of Hansheng Law Firm to share client resources. Founder Qi Hu is the trusted advisor of international giants such as Align Technology, Apple and Pepsi. Armed with 13 years of experience in IP law, Tian-ying Zhao recently represented Entertainment One UK Limited in a case regarding criminal enforcement of trademark rights against a Chinese company.
