With an abundantly experienced and well-resourced IP team, Dickinson Wright provides comprehensive trademark coverage to many of the world’s household-name brands. Its savvy global strategists and polished trademark litigators are well connected abroad; while boots on the ground in Toronto and the ability to directly handle matters at both the USPTO and the Canadian Intellectual Property Office give the firm an advantage that few of its US rivals can claim. The first name on the team sheet in Nevada is prosecution, licensing and enforcement ace Jennifer Ko Craft, who garners rave reviews: “Jennifer truly enjoys her work and has the ability to make intellectual property fun and exciting for all those around her – her enthusiasm is unmatched and contagious. She is reliable, fierce and dedicated, and is unfazed by high volumes of work”. “She anticipates needs, offers tailored advice and presents information in a way that suits the needs of the individual business unit she is communicating with at any given moment”. She regularly pairs up with fellow Nevadan John Krieger, who is widely admired for his enforcement and litigation chops. He has recently been counselling one of the world’s leading bookmakers on worldwide filing and enforcement strategies.
