Our corporate vision is “To be your preferred IP firm”.
Why should we be your preferred IP firm?
We are a bit of a competitive bunch, both inside and outside of the office! We absolutely love winning, be it an opposition at the EUIPO, an infringement case at the Court of Appeal or the defence of a trademark registration all the way to the High Court… or even the London Great City Race! This competitive streak is what drives us to achieve success for our clients.
We love being involved in the success of our clients
Playing a part in our clients’ success by offering them not just excellent legal advice but also strategic and commercial advice is hugely motivating. We win when our clients win. And remember: we love winning!
We offer a complete bespoke service at a competitive price
We pride ourselves on our genuine desire to understand the way clients want to work with us, and tailor our service accordingly. We provide every client with a different way of working and our service is always in-depth, commercial and accessible, which reflects their commercial situation, including their budget. We seek to provide value-driven and cost-effective IP solutions, and can offer alternative pricing arrangements such as fixed fees.
We work seamlessly with in-house counsel
We bring a wealth of in-house experience from attorneys that have worked at, or worked with, major international companies such as Virgin, Jimmy Choo, Paul Smith, Rolls Royce, IBM, GSK, Novartis, Admiral and Bentley Motors. This enables us to integrate seamlessly as a trusted adviser who can understand our clients’ businesses and deliver appropriate IP strategies.
