Starting her career in the trademark practice of a national law firm, she later founded Pranger Law PC as a trademark boutique, which has since grown into a full-service IP firm. Serving as managing partner, she credits her unique and often praised ability to counsel clients in a strategic and efficient manner with the experience that comes from running a business and from being seconded for a period of time with a famous brand’s in-house team. It is an often-underutilised arrow in an IP quiver. We regularly register and enforce copyrights and use cost-effective takedowns and, when warranted, file lawsuits.

Patent – Pranger can prosecute US and global patent estates in nearly any technical field, and the firm’s litigation department leverages years of patent litigation experience to enforce and defend clients in this area, including successful defences against non-practising entities (also known as ‘patent trolls’).
