Eleni Korfiotis's Profile

Eleni Korfiotis studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece and was called to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2011. Following this, she obtained an LLM in European commercial law with distinction at the University of Leicester.

Ms Korfiotis is now a partner at Koushos Korfiotis Papacharalambous LLC and has extensive experience in corporate law, commercial law, company law and IP law, with a focus on trademarks. Ms Korfiotis provides high-level advice for the exploitation, protection and enforcement of each client’s trademarks. In addition to regularly drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of agreements with respect to the assignment and licensing of trademarks, Ms Korfiotis specialises in trademark opposition, infringement and cancellation proceedings. Having represented a large and diverse clientele, as well as having provided valuable guidance in the successful safeguarding of trademarks which are well known and well established both at an international and national level, Ms Korfiotis has gained specialised legal skills that enable her to provide each client with prompt, high-quality and efficient services, always focusing on their needs and business objectives.
