The Salvadoran trademark scene is flourishing, thanks to recent legislative amendments and a new enthusiasm for technological advancements among the legal sector. While Central America as a region has been somewhat slow to embrace legal tech, Salvadoran law firms are bucking the trend and integrating state-of-the-art solutions to improve their offerings; for example, many are now utilising online tools which allow rights holders to review the status of their portfolios in real time.
