In the four years since the Argentinian trademark regime was last reformed, the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and the market have stabilised, and law firms are beginning to see real changes in their practice as the country adjusts to the new rules. Trademark filings have remained strong, with Argentina maintaining the most active register for foreign brand owners in the region.
