Over the course of the past decade, counterfeiting has evolved tremendously. The adage ‘if you can make it, they can fake it’ seems more appropriate than ever. Every major market sector is now saturated with counterfeit goods, including, among others, aeronautics, pharmaceuticals, clothing, luxury goods, automobiles, electronics, media, entertainment, food and toys.
