Kazakhstan limits administrative actions that IP owners can take against small businesses
Decree 229 has restricted the administrative actions that IP owners can take against small businesses suspected of IP rights infringement. This is having a negative impact on trademark owners, as raids were the main method of securing evidence against counterfeiters.
