World Trademark Review is currently seeking user views on the EUIPO’s operations and performance levels in the past 12 months, as well as perspectives on some of the bigger issues impacting European trademark practice. The survey closes on Wednesday (19 July) so act now to have your voice heard.
Our annual EUIPO user survey poll’s EUIPO users to gain an independent perspective on how those who interact with the office feel about its systems, services and tools. It also considers developments in the wider trademark environment in Europe. In previous year’s we have polled the top 50 representative filers but this year are additionally opening the survey up to all representatives practicing before the office. If you are therefore a professional representative before the EUIPO, we are keen to hear your views.
Our online survey form – available here – takes around 10 minutes to complete and, while responses may be used anonymously in editorial, any comments will not be attributed to you unless otherwise agreed. The survey is open until Wednesday 19 July and the results will be featured in World Trademark Review magazine and on the blog.
