CJEU provides guidance on signs consisting exclusively of shape of goods necessary to obtain technical result
In Gömböc, the Court of Justice of the European Union has held that, in order to establish whether a sign consists exclusively of the shape of goods which is necessary to obtain a technical result, the assessment does not have to be limited to the graphic representation of that sign.
