Renata Hohl is an attorney at law specialised in industrial property law with over 30 years of experience. Her practice focuses on trademark law and copyright law, including trademark counselling, registration, protection and enforcement worldwide. Ms Hohl is the head of regulatory and legal of the Di Blasi, Parente & Associados and frequently serves as a lecturer, professor and organiser of courses at the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents.
Ms Hohl obtained her LLB from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro; she also holds a post-graduate diploma in commercial law and a specialisation in intellectual property from the same university, as well as a post-graduate qualification in civil procedure law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro. She is fluent in Portuguese, German and English and has a knowledge of French and Italian. She joined Di Blasi Parente & Associados in 2007.
Ms Hohl’s practice areas are copyright and related rights, and trademark contentious, litigation, prosecution, strategy and counselling. The industry sectors she works in include agriculture, biotechnology, chemistry, industrials, life sciences, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
