Noëlle Wolfs

Associate at VO Patents & Trademarks

Noëlle Wolfs started her career as a trademark attorney at VO Patents & Trademarks in The Hague in 1993. She holds a master’s in IP law from Utrecht University. She has been treasurer of the board of the Dutch Organisation of Trademark and Design Right (BMM).

Ms Wolfs manages trademark portfolios of both medium-sized and large domestic and international companies. She has longstanding experience in actively representing her clients before the Benelux Office of Intellectual Property (BOIP), as well as before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), amongst others, in procedures such as oppositions and cancellations.

Her proactive approach combines legal knowledge with the practical interests of her clients to obtain optimal protection of their IP rights. The knowledge and interests that she has in her clients’ business ensure that she can anticipate her clients’ needs, whether it concerns searches, filings or oppositions. In addition to portfolio management, Ms Wolfs represents her clients in conflicts and opposition and invalidation cases.
