Le Quang Vinh is one of the founding partners of Bross & Partners and has been leading the IP team since 2008. He is a distinguished attorney and a qualified patent, design, trademark and copyright agent accredited by the National Office of Intellectual Property and the Copyright Office of Vietnam. With more than 18 years’ experience in the area of IP law, his intensive expertise and experience mainly focus on advising and representing one of the world’s largest confectionery corporations, enterprises listed in Forbes Magazine’s Asia’s 200 Best Under A Billion list, companies in the Top 500 Vietnamese Largest Private Enterprises list, as well as a number of regional and local small to medium-sized companies. He has represented clients in hundreds of cases, both contentious and non-contentious, regarding trademarks, designs, patents, domain names, copyrights and related rights.

Mr Vinh is named as one of the two selected researchers for the well-known trademark protection project funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology and International Trademark Association (INTA), whose recent 190-page elaborate study report was publicly announced on November 17 2017. Invited by INTA, Mr Vinh successfully moderated a Hanoi roundtable conference titled “Overlapping Protection of 3D Marks, Industrial Design and Copyrights”. In addition, as a selected visiting lecturer, Mr Vinh gives lectures for the Vietnam Judicial Academy, which is the country’s largest centre for legal practice training. He also takes part in writing and contributing insight articles for local newspapers and foreign publishers, namely the Trademark Lawyer Magazine, World Intellectual Property Review, World Trademark Review, Apex Asia Media Group (Asia IP) and the International Comparative Legal Guides under Global Legal Group.
