Christina Tenbrock


Christina Tenbrock is a bar-certified specialist in IP law. She advises and represents clients in various fields of IP law, particularly trademarks, designs and unfair competition, as well as in law on the advertising of pharmaceutical and medicinal products.

She has extensive litigation experience in national and cross-border infringement proceedings and regularly conducts opposition and nullity proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the EUIPO. Outside of court, she advises clients on marketing campaigns and product launches, border seizure proceedings and various contractual issues. Ms Tenbrock’s clients are predominantly in the fields of consumer goods, cosmetics, fashion, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She regularly publishes on different subjects of IP law.

During her legal clerkship with the Dusseldorf Higher Regional Court, she worked for various international law firms specialising in IP law, a global pharmaceutical company and at the German Embassy in London. After her second state examination, she continued her IP specialisation with an LLM at the Heinrich Heine University in Dusseldorf. She deepened her expertise in pharmaceutical law in 2014 to 2015 with a secondment at the German subsidiary of a globally leading, research-oriented British pharmaceutical group.
