Mr Pandey helps clients protect and enforce their trademarks, copyright and other intellectual property from misuse on social networking sites, in search engine optimisation strategies and as keywords, as well as misuse on mobile devices and other emerging technologies. He has successfully resolved numerous cases in favour of his clients and represented them in multiple forums, including several district and high courts, the Intellectual Property Appellate Board and the ITPO. He represents a broad range of businesses and industries, including fashion, media and entertainment, publishing, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, electronics, automobile and information, communication and technology.
In addition to his practice, Mr Pandey regularly writes and speaks on topics relating to IP laws. His writings have been published in a number of international IP magazines and websites. He is a member of several international associations such as INTA, the Asian Patent Attorneys Association, MARQUES, the European Communities Trademark Association, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys, to name a few, and has actively served on several committees for these associations.
