World Trademark Review is pleased to announce that it will be hosting Brand Strategy China 2017, a high-level knowledge-sharing event for professionals tasked with protecting the integrity and maximising the value of their brands in the region, in Shanghai on December 7.
Last year’s Brand Protection Greater China conference brought together an industry-led audience of over 120 senior professionals. Building on this success, Brand Strategy China 2017 will again provide a highly focused one-day programme delivering practical, actionable takeaways for professionals tasked with protecting the integrity and maximising the value of their brands in the region.
Under the banner of “From protection to value creation”, this engaging forum will feature unique insights from both domestic and international brand owners, plus key government agency representatives. Amongst the topics to be explored are:
- Creating and measuring brand value
- Maximising the chances of court success
- Innovative approaches to anti-counterfeiting raids
- Best practice in working with customs and enforcement authorities
- The future brand environment in Greater China
- Building and managing reputation online
- Maximising value through brand monetisation
- Brand valuation and collateralisation
The full programme is available here, and the first speakers will be revealed shortly. All sessions will be bilingual with simultaneous English and Mandarin translations. As with all World Trademark Review events, particular focus is attached to the networking aspect of the event to maximise opportunities for all delegates to connect, share and learn from their peers. In order to ensure the event remains industry led, we will be employing strict quotas for law firms and service providers. Once we reach the quota, registration for these sectors will be closed.
Delegate places cost $795, but readers of this blog who book before October 12 using the code WTRBLOG can save $200 off the standard rate. Click here now to reserve your place at the discounted rate.
