Zoltán Kozma is a senior associate and qualified Hungarian solicitor in Horváth and Partners’ general commercial and IP department. He graduated with an LLB from ELTE University of Gy_r, Hungary. He deals with IP law, labour law, general commercial law and administrative law. His areas of particular experience include trademark infringement, anticounterfeiting, copyright and unfair competition cases. His practice includes both litigation and commercial advice in these areas.
