Zeynep Seda Alhas has been with Gün + Partners since 2006 and was promoted to partner in 2017. She is a lawyer and a trademark and patent attorney specialising in IP law.

Ms Seda Alhas’s IP litigation practice focuses on trademarks, designs, unfair competition and copyright. She advises a wide range of foreign and domestic clients from numerous business areas on implementing IP protection and enforcement strategies.

Ms Seda Alhas has been involved in multiple anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy campaigns, has handled and supervised evidence gathering and criminal raid procedures all around Turkey, and works closely with the firm’s in-house investigations department.
