Yue Yuan

Senior patent attorney, CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office

Yue Yuan is a senior patent attorney in CCPIT’s patent litigation and consulting department. She graduated with a master’s in communication engineering from the electrical engineering department at Tsinghua University. She joined CCPIT in 2006 following her graduation and worked in the prosecution department for 10 years, during which time she successfully handled nearly 1,000 patent filing and prosecuting cases in such areas as communication and circuit and computer science. She has also attended training courses in intellectual property with a German law firm. In 2016 she transferred to CCPIT’s litigation department, meaning that she has extensive experience in both patent prosecution and litigation. She mainly focuses on patent consultation, invalidation and the litigation of patent disputes.
