With extensive experience in the field of international commercial dispute resolution, she has represented clients in over 200 litigations and arbitrations in the areas of copyright, domain names, trademarks, patents, technology transfers, joint ventures and international trade disputes. Ms He has carried out arbitrations before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the International Court of Arbitration of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. She also represents clients in IP litigation cases before the Chinese courts.
