Tuukka Airaksinen is a partner with Krogerus Attorneys Ltd whose practice focuses on IP matters. His assignments include domestic and international dispute resolution relating to intellectual property before courts and in arbitration proceedings, managing international trademark portfolios, prosecuting applications and oppositions, as well as advising clients on trademark strategies, and on domain name disputes and strategies. Before joining Krogerus, Mr Airaksinen was a partner at Benjon Ltd and also worked as an examiner at the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). He is the only person in Finland to serve as a domain name dispute panellist for the World Intellectual Property Organisation’s Arbitration and Mediation Centre and the US National Arbitration Forum. Mr Airaksinen is authorised to represent clients before the EUIPO.
