Tuğçe Güven is a specialised IP lawyer who represents local and international clients in trademark, patent, design, copyright and unfair competition disputes before Turkish courts.

Ms Güven actively works with clients in the fashion, luxury goods, building materials and food and beverage industries. She is involved in numerous anti-counterfeiting projects. Her roles include protecting IP rights before Customs, organising training sessions before customs officers, being the key contact for Customs regarding IP rights protection, organising police raids at tourist areas, fighting infringing activities online and in the market.

Ms Güven has also conducted several online anti-counterfeiting projects on behalf of global companies. She also takes part in anti-generic projects concerning well-known international brands.
