Trent Horne is a partner in the IP litigation group in the Toronto office of Bennett Jones LLP. He has been certified as a specialist in all areas of intellectual property by the Law Society of Upper Canada and has appeared as lead counsel in a wide range of IP matters before the federal courts and the Ontario courts. Mr Horne is an active member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and the Canadian Bar Association. He frequently writes and gives presentations on topics relating to intellectual property and advocacy. He has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognised by WTR 1000, among other directories.
