He is responsible for issues related with IP infringement matters, especially handling of customs matters in connection with applications for customs action, as well as detention, confiscation and destruction of counterfeit goods, preparing and filling oppositions and replies to oppositions, cease and desist letters, claims and other procedural documents, monitoring of and advising clients about possible infringements of their IP rights. He also advises clients on privacy data, e-commerce and IT issues.
