Tomohiro Gyoda handles prosecution cases, searches, oppositions and trials of designs and trademarks, as well as enforcement cases relating to designs, trademarks and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act. He is highly experienced in the IT field, particularly in the protection of graphical user interfaces and trademark matters in Classes 9 and 42. Mr Gyoda is also a qualified advanced IT engineer. He specialises in anti-counterfeiting, especially customs seizure.
