Thomas Raudkivi has a broad intellectual property dispute resolution practice. He has experience in new gTLDs, domain name disputes, trademarks, brand protection, data protection, cybersecurity, and the provision of tailored industry-specific dispute resolution services. He has particular interests in Internet and information technology law.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells in 2018, Thomas spent nearly five years in Geneva as a lawyer in the Internet Dispute Resolution Section of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center.
Thomas graduated from the University of Auckland with a LL.B and B.A. (Hons) and is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, where he worked on a range of criminal, insurance and medico-legal matters before moving to intellectual property practice.
A dual national of Estonia and New Zealand, Thomas is a native English speaker, and is also fluent in French and Spanish.
