Thomas has a strong background within IPR and has provided consultancy to a number of international clients. He has also successfully conducted and won a number of important court cases for IP right owners in Denmark and before the European Court of Justice.

Thomas has more than 18 years of working experience from major firms such as NJORD Law Firm (former MAQS) and Budde Schou, where he has gained tremendous experience in giving expert advice in relation to the protection of trademarks, designs, domain names, trade names worldwide, IP due diligence analyses, handling of infringement and other conflict situations.

Thomas holds a Master of Law from both Copenhagen University, Denmark and Ruprecht-Karls University, Heidelberg, Germany and was admitted to the High Courts of Denmark 2004.

He is also a WTR 1000 Recommended Individual for 2021 by World Trademark Review and has in 2016-2020 been bestowed an IP STAR Award by Managing Intellectual Property.
