Stephan Held is a chemist and a German and European patent and trademark attorney. He advises clients in all matters of industrial property law, particularly patent, trademark and design prosecution, licensing and litigation.

Dr Held studied chemistry at the University of Munich and is active in all fields of chemistry, life sciences, biochemistry, pharmacy and medicine. He is a member of the German and European Patent Attorneys Bar Association; the Chamber of Patent Attorneys; the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office; the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property; the International Federation of IP Attorneys; the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property; the American IP Law Association; the German Pharmaceutical Society; and the Pharmaceutical Trademarks Group.
