Stefan Day

Stefan Day obtained his law degree from the University of Zurich in 1982 and was admitted to the Bar in 1985. In 1997 he obtained his LLM in international business law from the University of Zurich. Mr Day joined a Zurich law firm in 1987 after working as legal counsel to an investment firm in the United States the previous year. He joined Isler & Pedrazzini AG in 2001 and became a partner in 2004. His practice focuses on trademarks, trade names, domain names, fair trade practices/unfair competition, patents and designs, and contracts law, as well as consultation and litigation work. Mr Day has been head of the Zurich Bar Association’s IP group since 1995. He was editor of sic!, the Swiss journal for IP, IT and competition law, between 1999 and 2007. He speaks English and German.
