Slawomir Mazur is a Polish patent and trademark attorney, and a professional attorney before the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market.

Mr Mazur joined POLSERVICE in 2006. He specialises in trademark registration, protection, transfer and enforcement, as well as in unfair competition cases, including litigation and anti-counterfeiting actions. He is a board member of the AIPPI Poland.

Mr Mazur graduated from the University of Gdansk Faculty of Law and Administration, and studied at the University of Zaragoza, Spain. He completed a course on US law organised by the University of Gdansk Faculty of Law and Administration in cooperation with Chicago Kent College of Law, and postgraduate studies on industrial property at the University of Warsaw.
