Simon Gray

Simon Gray received a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Dublin City University and is a European trademark attorney, an Irish registered trademark attorney and a UK trademark attorney. He has been with Tomkins & Co for over 20 years and is the managing partner of the firm. Mr Gray has considerable experience in a wide range of domestic, Community and international trademark matters, managing major trademark portfolios for internationally renowned corporations. He has lectured in Ireland and the United States on aspects of trademark law and has published a number of articles in this field in both national newspapers and journals.
