Simge Şahin specialises in IP law and unfair competition law. She handles the IP portfolios of local and international clients from different sectors, including cosmetics, food and beverages, telecoms, pharmaceuticals, sport, automotives, textiles and fashion, advertising and pet care, as well as IP portfolio management for consultancy services and involvement in all procedures from prosecution to litigation. She was promoted to partner in 2018.

Ms Şahin is a member of the European Communities Trademark Association and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property. She often publishes articles for professional associations and is the co-author of many articles. She also provides workshops for the NSN Academy.
