Shobhit Agrawal is an associate in the Anand and Anand litigation team. He completed his BSc and LLB (hons) from Gujarat National Law University and enrolled as an advocate in 2010. Since then, he has worked extensively with clients for the protection and enforcement of their IP rights, including brand protection, software piracy and other anti-counterfeiting measures. Mr Agrawal regularly represents clients in contentious matters before various courts in India and has wide experience in conducting civil and criminal enforcement actions.
