Shem Otanga

Anjarwalla & Khanna

Shem Otanga is a senior associate in the corporate department at Anjarwalla & Khanna (A&K) and a member of A&K’s IP group. He is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a specialist practice spanning the fields of intellectual property, media, telecommunications and data protection. He has wide experience in handling contentious opposition and cancellation proceedings in respect of high-value well-known trademarks.

He co-authored the exclusive Kenyan chapter of the Intellectual Property Review (2016) with Anne Kiunuhe and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
