Satyapon Sachdecha

A George Washington Law School graduate, Satyapon Sachdecha is the founding partner of Satyapon & Partners and practises exclusively in all aspects of IP law, including trademark and patent prosecution, licensing, franchising and the enforcement of IP rights. He has served as a trainer and guest speaker for the Royal Thai Police, the IP Court, Customs, the Department of Intellectual Property, various Thai government agencies and private institutions. Mr Sachdecha received his LLB from Thammasat University, Bangkok in 1980 and is a barrister at law in Bangkok. He also holds an LLM from the University of Miami School of Law (1985) and an MCL from George Washington University, National Law Centre, Washington, DC (1986). He is currently president of the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand. Mr Sachdecha teaches trademark law at two leading Bangkok law schools and is an appointed Trademark Board member.
