Sarah Yuan has 15 years’ experience in trademark, copyright, domain name and custom recordals, as well as rich experience in advising a broad range of domestic and overseas clients on all aspects of trademark clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement and dispute resolution, including in relation to some of the world’s most well-known brands. Ms Yuan has a bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from Shandong University of Technology, and an LLM from the Renmin University of China.

Ms Yuan strives to provide her clients with both legal and commercial advice to enable them to make effective and efficient use of their trademarks in order to futureproof their business interests.
