Sara Söderling

Sara Söderling is an associate in Setterwalls’ IP and commercial departments. She graduated with an LLM from Lund University in 2009 and holds a master’s in European IP law from Stockholm University from 2012, which she completed parallel to working for Zacco.

Since she graduated, Ms Söderling has worked both in-house at the IP departments of multi-national companies in the telecoms and food industry, as well as in private practice. She has extensive experience in handling large trademark and design portfolios worldwide. Apart from advising clients in relation to trademark and design prosecution, Ms Söderling also regularly assists clients with the commercialisation and protection of IP rights through contracts and legal proceedings.
